The Systems Engineering Branch in the Electromechanical Engineering Department organized a workshop on  Cybersecurity to explore its importance in state departments. The presentation is held at Al-Kindi Hall in the presence of the head of the Systems Engineering Branch, Asst. Prof. Dr. Israa Saad Ahmed and some of the department’s lecturers and students

The related subjects are delivered by Asst. Lect. Ms. Rafah Karim Mahmoud to define cybersecurity, how to protect state institutions and departments, and the possible danger of hackers' penetration and accessing classified and sensitive information 

More details related to cybersecurity issues, the difference between cybersecurity and information security, and the types of hackers (ethical and unethical) are given

The workshop concluded by answering the related questions and inquiries
